Title: Spicy Pea Soup
Categories: Soup Vegetarian
Yield: 10 Servings

 10 cwater
1 1/2 csplit green peas
 2 xcarrots, diced fine
 2 xcelery, diced fine
 1 xonion,chopped fine
 1 tonion powder
 1 tgarlic powder
 1 tpaprika
1/4 tcayenne
 2 Tsoy sauce

Place peas and water in large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low, add remaining ingredients, cover and cook for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. When the ingredients are smooth like puree, serve.

Helpful hint: stirring with a wisk helps blend the ingredients.
